General Terms

1. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals ('Customer') who subscribe for Dragon IPTV ('Service').
2. Customer acknowledges that currently Dragon IPTV can only be used in USA.
3. Customer acknowledges that the Service is a prepaid service and Customer must make monthly payments to extend monthly active period according to the selected Service package.
4. acknowledges that Dragon IPTV Service cannot issue a physical invoice or proof of payment equivalent to a tax invoice.
5. Customer acknowledges that the paid monthly fee is only for Dragon IPTV Linear TV service. Other than that, there will be additional costs.
6. Customer is prohibited to resell, reused or redistribute all or any parts of the Service rendered to other parties other than Customer.
7. The fees for using the Pre-Paid Service and/or other applicable additional charges may be found on the official Dragon IPTV website. Dragon IPTV reserves the right to change or increase the subscription fee from time to time.
8. The following Terms & Conditions are consider valid once Customers have completed all required information in the checklist-column on the online registration form and/or when the Service representatives are filling in the online registration form with consent from Customer in a written or verbal form. Dragon IPTV has the right to refuse this application without any explanation.
9. Customer hereby declare that the information given to Dragon IPTV is true and agreed to be bound by Service's Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the above information must be informed to Dragon IPTV for the period of their Subscription.

Terms of Use

1. Monthly fee are defined as Customer obligation of payment in the form of package with activation period of 30 (thirty) days includes, but not limited to stamp duty fee, arrears, mutation cost, late payment charge, or other fees based on applicable law(s). 2. Customer is responsible in providing any necessary equipment other than those provided by Dragon IPTV to receive suitable Service. Dragon IPTV does not provide technical support for equipment, network or software owned by Customer that is not a part of Service offering. 3. Customer hereby declares and agrees that Dragon IPTV is not responsible for decisions / regulations from content management that issued by the internet service providers used by customers. 4. Customer hereby declares and agrees that Dragon IPTV Service quality that received by customer will depend on the internet service and bandwidth capacity that customers use, both directly and / or indirectly. If the customer's internet service provider cannot support Dragon IPTV services, then it is not part of Dragon IPTV responsibility. 5. For Credit Card payment, Customer hereby authorizes Dragon IPTV to charge our credit card for Service that Customer has chosen. 6. As per article 1814 of Civil Code, this debit authorization shall be deemed valid until Customer have settled fully all payment to Dragon IPTV and/or terminate subscription of Service. 7. Customer acknowledges that by subscribing to Dragon IPTV Promotion, Customer is not allowed to decrease the service during promotion period. 8. Monthly fee cannot be refunded. 9. Dragon is not responsible for any misspelling of Account ID during payment process. Service payment for the wrong Account ID is not refundable and will become customer's responsibility.
